In pursuance of the D.H.E.. Assam’s letter No. DHECErMisc/ 265/2018178 Dated Kahllipara the 31.08.2019, applications are invited in format prescribed by the DHE. Assam with complete bro-data and all testimonials from H.S.L.C. onwards from eligible candidates having good academic records and the latest UGC norms for direct recruitment in the vacant sanctioned post of Librarian at B. H. B. College. Sarupeta In the revised UGC Scale of Pay under Unreserved category.
Education qualification and selection procedures:
All be as per the Govt. guidelines with the NET/SLET/SET as mandatory eligibility condition. Candidates having Flit, Degree in accordance with the UGC (Minimum Standards and Procedures for Award of Ph.D. Degree) Regulations. 2009 shall be exempted from the requirement of minimum eligibility criteria of NET/ SLET/SET. The candidates must have minimum 55% of marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale) at the Master’s Degree level in the concerned subject (Library and Information Science). A relaxation of 5% may be provided to SC/ST/ PWD and to Ph.D. holders, who have obtained their Master’s Degree prior to 19 September, 1991.
Age:
38 years as on 01.01.2019 with relaxation of 5 (five) years for SC/ST/PWD candidates and 3 (three) years for OBC/MOBC candidates.
